When Home Care Services, Artius Care contacted us they had a very common problem. They had relocated to the lovely converted Manor Farm Barns - an historic building with stunning oak beam features and fragile plaster walls. Like many rental offices, everything was painted white and they had taken a full repairing lease.
Working in an area with strict guidelines and training required in line with the Quality Care Commission, David came to us with a challenge. Could we created a branded whole wall decal in the training room, that become a training aid as well as assisting to their CQC inspections.
We worked with David and his team to understand their training process and also the requirements and their trade key words. From there we created this lovely tree decal, with each branch showing different aims set by the CQC, represented in different brand colour elements. To show the 'Care' nature of their business, we fashioned the trunk into an outreached hand, featuring their logo in the palm, representing the heart of their business.
This decal in their training room has really helped remind their staff of the core values of the business without need for lengthy handbooks or prolonged slide shows.
